Information Required for Significant Controller <重要控制人>需要資料

- name 名稱
- date of becoming a significant controller 成為重要控制人的日期
- nature of control over the company 控制公司的性質
- correspondence address, HKID/ passport number (for individual significant controller) 通訊地址，香港身份證/護照號碼（重要控制人為個人）
- legal form, registration number, place of incorporation and address of registered office (for company significant controller) 法團資料－註冊號碼，註冊地點和註冊辦公地址（重要控制人為公司）
